Normally I don't like Dealership places but this is not first time I purchased my Mazda from Napleton's Countryside Mazda. Had to visit the dealer to have a new fob programmed. Was told I'd be put in line because computer was tied up on another vehicle, would take about 4 hours. So I was directed to service and spoke with Jon Kosloske. He had me bring the car in the next day and had the fob done on under 40 minutes. After dealing with numerous service advisors over the years, this was by far the best service I've been provided. Jon's got the service thing down, really appreciated it

Excellent, professional service was provided. Every step of the way from the first exploratory phone call to the sales rep to the business office. The person who went over and above what you might expect when buying a car was Brittany K who answered every question thoroughly and thoughtfully and took time to explain the workings of the new car , the different safety features, and she even helped me register for the Mazda App. Superior in every way!
My wife and I purchased a 2026 CX 50 Turbo from Rick. He was fantastic and very thorough. Stayed after hours to get the car ready since all of the porters had gone home. Napletons had the best deal on the vehicle between all of the other dealers I communicated with online. The internet person Nicole was honest and answered all questions along with sending me the dealer sheet I requested prior to our arrival. The finance manager Harvey also stayed late and answered all questions. I would buy from them again.

Rick was great! He took the time to show me the CX-50 and made the whole experience enjoyable. Once I decided on the model along with interior and exterior color, he went and picked it up from a sister location. He even came in on his day off to deliver the car because it was the only day I was available during the week. The level of dedication and customer service really meant a lot. Always a delight coming here. The staff members are always kind and welcoming. Services are always completed in an efficient timeframe. They are also aware of your schedule and make sure you have time to wait for the service to be completed. I love how the dealership sends you a video of your vehicle, so you can see what is happening with your vehicle.
